A working notice for how Therapy by Dee may collect and protect client and visitor information.
Therapy Bydee L.L.C-FZ is expected to be responsible for personal information collected through therapybydee.com and its booking operations. The privacy contact, registered address, and effective date must be confirmed before publication.
Depending on how you use the service, information may include your name, contact details, account credentials, Dubai service address, map pin or Makani details, booking history, therapist preferences, payment status, messages, reviews, and technical usage data.
Health-intake responses, treatment contraindications, medical clearances, and session notes may be sensitive health information and require additional protection.
Information may be used to create and manage bookings, match therapists, process and reconcile payments, provide support, send confirmations and reminders, maintain safety, meet legal and accounting duties, improve services, and respond to rights requests. The lawful basis for each use must be validated under applicable UAE law.
Health information should be collected only with explicit consent where required, limited to what is necessary for safe treatment, encrypted, and available only to authorised personnel. The separate draft Health Intake Consent explains the proposed client consent.
Information may need to be shared with assigned therapists and vetted providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, messaging, maps, accounting, and operations. Providers, hosting location, UAE data residency, transfer safeguards, and processor terms are not yet confirmed.
Access controls, encryption, audit records, and separation of health intake from general booking records are expected safeguards. Specific retention periods, backup deletion timing, and incident-response contacts must be approved before this notice is used.
Subject to applicable law, clients may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or information about use of their data. A verified request channel and any legal exceptions must be added to the production notice.
