These draft terms are intended to govern use of therapybydee.com and bookings with Therapy Bydee L.L.C-FZ. Company contact details, effective date, and the final legal framework must be confirmed before publication.

Services and suitability

Services are delivered at eligible homes, hotels, and approved locations in Dubai. Treatment descriptions are general information, not a medical diagnosis or a promise of a particular outcome.

Clients must provide complete and accurate booking, access, and health information. Therapy by Dee may decline, adapt, pause, or end a session where treatment is unsuitable or safety cannot be maintained.

Bookings and accounts

Clients may book as a guest or through an account. Package and membership purchases require an account so balances, use, and expiry can be recorded.

A booking is confirmed only when the platform issues confirmation and any required payment is authorised. Service area, lead time, therapist availability, address validation, and booking buffers remain subject to final operating rules.

Payments

Available payment methods may include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara, or an authorised payment link. Prices, taxes, authorisation timing, failed-payment handling, and instalment-provider terms must be shown and confirmed at checkout.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes and refunds are governed by the draft Cancellation and Refund Policy. The cancellation window, account-credit option, package treatment, gateway-fee allocation, and instalment unwind process are still awaiting business and legal approval.

Client and therapist safety

Clients must provide a safe, respectful, and accessible treatment setting. Therapists may decline or end a booking for unsafe conditions, harassment, inappropriate conduct, undisclosed contraindications, or requests outside the booked service.

Where a therapist becomes unavailable, Therapy by Dee will seek a qualified replacement before cancelling. The replacement window, automatic-refund process, and any goodwill credit remain to be approved.

Responsibility and disputes

Any warranties, liability limits, complaint process, governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution language require advice from qualified UAE counsel and are intentionally not stated in this draft.
